Meet The Owner

Jeff Konchalski, Owner was born with spinal meningitis which lead to many health challenges from birth through his early teenage years. At age 15, he was tired of feeling sick and weak so he rode his bike to the local health food store and started researching diet and supplements. He began to understand the importance that nutrition plays on bettering his overall health. As he saw results, his journey to heal himself lead him to help others. In 1997 he opened his first health food store.

Liz Gagnon, Executive Chef has over 30 years of culinary experience. She’s committed to organic and Non-GMO foods as well as sourcing the highest quality local ingredients whenever possible. DR. AMY JOHNSON

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Amy Johnson, Naturopathic Doctor is a graduate of Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and trained in primary care. Prior to receiving her Doctorate she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University and worked in critical care. Dr. Johnson utilizes natural treatment methods including nutrition and lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, acupuncture, hydrotherapy and homeopathy. She integrates and applies unique knowledge acquired over ten years of experience to develop the best treatment for each individual patient. Dr. Johnson is booking private appointments for anyone interested.

DRE DRETZIN

Holistic Health Counselor

Dre Dretzin, Holistic Health Counselor is available Tuesday through Saturday to answer all of your health questions including what supplements are need to support and prevent illness, supplement protocol, natural remedies and health tips too. Dre sources and purchases wellness products found in our store, inspecting ingredients to be sure new items keep up with our high quality standards.
